and just to clarify, I had my Ind. Volvo shop check it out and they said it was a small crack in the radiator, i was going to keep an eye on it and just wait but today oddly, it leaked a bit more than usual, and either way im trying to take care of everything before any modifications

Re: (bkrueger89)

Hey I actually replaced the radiator with a buddy of mine on my 855T about 2 weeks ago. Here's the walk-through that I followed.
http://volvospeed.com/Repair/Radiator850turbo.php
I found it very helpful. One step I may add is to remove the fan that's attached to the radiator it slides out much easier that way. Last but not least I'd suggest having a buddy around with an extra hand. Hope that helps. If you need anything else about this project let me know.

Re: (kalvin)

get 4 new metal clips (red arrow in last page of aforementioned webpage) for the oil and transmission lines... it's almost impossible to reuse them.. either way, they're not that expensive, and new ones provide a snug fit.

Re: (steve s)

I do agree with Steve. The clips were a [email protected]$% to get off. You really have to bend them. So getting new ones is definitely a good idea.
