The tires on my car are about ready to be replaced and I am thinking about getting a different bigger wheels (probably 17s) with a lower profile tire. What size and brand tire do most people use on the biger wheels and what width wheel would be better on the 850 (17x7.5 or 17x8)?

Hello,

i ran 17x7.5 TSW BLADES (currently for sale) with 215-45-17 tires on my 94 850 turbo. i only got them to rub with people in the car and stuff in the trunk. i had to accelerate pretty hard also. if htere was a next time around i would have run 215-40-17's on them. i've herad that 8 inch wide rims won't fit that they will rub with almsot any tire combo.
