Anyone know if Pegs at 17x 8 with a 46 offset with a 235/45/R17 tire, will fit correctly on a normal AWD S60?

If you R gonna pose and put PEGS on a regular S60 then go to the classifieds and get the spacers plus longer wheel bolts, make sure they R hub centric it works better and I would go with 10mm thats what I have in the front and in the back I have 15mm, you can go 10mm all around though and not rub. SS classifieds usually has someone selling spacers for cheap used but cheaper than ipd or viva........ good luck and just buy an R less mods needed!

One thing about the pegs though is that they look good on any volvo model including non r's and they are pretty cheap as far as rims go. I would buy some pegs right now if they were made without the R symbol on them.

Whatev...was going to get Peg style rims but without the R on them....was gonnna be more expensive. I like the Peg style, so sue me lol.
I am not trying to Pose and my car will never be and is not intended to be an R. Even if I tried doing stuff to my 08 Lancer GTS I had before this, I prob would have gotten nailed on that one too since I would have been "EVO posing".
Anyway, the S60 body looks hot with Pegs so I bought them. I did not go in looking to buy an S60 or R the car fell in my lap when going to try and buy a use 09 Mitsu Ralliart. I am just modding my car to where I want it to be. I am trying to keep it looking like a Vanilla S60 anyways cept some tasteful exterior changes. If my soul purpose was to get an AWD Volvo I would have looked for a GT R. Plus insurance is cheaper on mine
I know you R guys don't like people Posing, like STI and EVO guys from WRXs and Lancers...but seriously lol.

Don't sweat it man. I plan on gettin' 17" pegs on my S60. They just look good. Also, I have an ice white S60. With pegs on white, R owners everywhere will be jealous.

Pegs came in today from John @ Boston Volvo Village! Emailed him and called the order in. He was very helpful.
http://lh6.ggpht.com/_km4IgwvH...8.jpg

Re: 17 Inch Pegs fitment (stealthS60AWD)

So...I will be getting my factory 17" R rims back along with waiting for a set of 235/45ZR17 Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs put to install on them.
I know these are factory rims with factory tire size and everyone says to run spacers. I was looking at 10mm front and 15mm rear to stop rubbing. I am also going to have KW v2 coilovers installed on my AWD as well.
My question is...where is the rubbing coming from? The inside of the tire on the strut or something else on the inside? The outside of the fender?
If I run 10 or 15mm spacers and then get the drop going I would think this will need fender rolling. I am hoping someone can tell me were you guys get the rubbing with this setup and what would probably happen once I drop it. I don't want to got through the hassle of getting too big of spacers and then drop the thing and have it hit my fenders .
Any info on where the rubbing occurs is appreciated

I guess if your dropping the car, I would go with 5mm (front) and 10mm (rear) that seems to be a good look on the S60.
