I finished up the installation of the 16T turbo on my 04 V70 2.5T yesterday, but my stock 14T had the extended outlet flange and the consequently shorter charge pipe. I'd like to use the silicone coupler that I just bought from ipd so I need an extended charge pipe. I'm pretty sure the S60/V70 T5 part will work, but those aren't as common in yards around here as 2.4T XC's. Did the 13G turbos on the 2.4's also have the shorter turbo flange and the longer pipe that I need?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

How did the install go? Did you drop everything to get to the turbo?

I just removed the strut brace bar and it came right out the top- I just had to be underneath to remove the coolant lines, oil drain tube, lower manifold bolts and the dp bolts. All told it took me about 2.5 hours.

Yes, the 2.4T XC with the 13T (not 13G) charge air pipe will work for the 16T.

Any car with a TD04HL will have the charge pipe you need.
For the record, on P2 cars with angled turbos.

12T, 13T and 16T uses the same charge pipe
14T and 19T uses the same charge pipe.

The K24 from MY05+ S60 T5 are the same as MY06+ S60R, the charge air pipe is made of plastic and connected by a silicone coupler to the turbo.
K24 from MY03~MY05 S60R uses a C clamp and is metallic.
