Anyone have experience with 123 distributors on B18/B20? Wondering which advance curve to start with. Engine is a high compression B20 with dual SUs, K cam, and Bosch red coil. I am guessing that selecting a B18 curve for carbs would be best? Am I correct that proper advance is based mostly on fuel mixture and compression, or are heads and cam more of a factor?

I'd love to hear more experience here with this distributor, I bought one myself (programmable version) but will wait to install it once my new engine is broken in with Bosch/Petronix setup.
