So, been a while since I last posted, only because everything's been great with the wife's C30...until tonight. Out of the blue, the passenger's side climate control went full hot while set at 66 degrees-same as drivers side. This as the outside temp was about 90!! We've never used the dual-zone mode,,,always kept them in sync...the drivers will still blow cold air, but the passengers is stuck full hot...not pleasant at all. I saw some related posts saying low refrigerant is a possible cause, my thoughts were more a bad servo for the pass. side...hoping someone has some insight, being it's darn hot to have .5 of a working climate control!!

This happens sometimes. When mine did it, Volvo service had to recalibrate the system. I don't even remember if they charged me for it. I think you can do it yourself if you have VIDA/DICE.

one of the guys where I work scanned it, appears to have a bad servo on rt side...anyone have a location on it?
