06 Black Sapphire with Black plastic bumper Trim???

So my new 2006 S60R Black Sapphire has the Black Plastic trim on the lower left and right of the front bumper. Is this normal? I swear our 07 is painted but being 600 miles away i can not just look.
Anyone with a Picture of your 05-07 front bumper?
Something tells me who ever had the car before you messed up the front bumper or accident (might not be reported) replaced the bumper with the wrong year. 05-07 should not be rubber plastic trim anywhere.

Thanks Guys thats what I thought.
any good places to get a 05-07 Bumper... and anyone want an 04 Black Sapphire bumper for a small fee(Brand new as it looks). only if the dealer does not correct the issue of course.
Edit: I called the dealer to notify them of the issue. They are going to look at it when its down on Friday for the Clutch/Throwout bearing. Yea I have only had the car since the 2nd and I picked it up with a bad clutch. I thought a CPO would catch the issues. at least I have a Warranty/CPO on the vehicle. Round 2 anyone...

a lesser expensive option would be to just have the trim painted to match. it is a popular thing to do on the 850's with the gray trim, less expensive than a brand new bumper too.

I thought there were different mounting points for 04 bumpers, vs 05-07?

Does it look good?

Thanks! I think I will pursue trying to get this done in the next year or so. The plastic moldings on my car are the one thing that make me cringe every time I walk up to my car.

You have to prime sand, prime sand, prime sand, etc
You can buy new smooth moldings then all you would have to sand would be the lower parts of the bumpers.
Either way, it will cost between $600 and $900 depending on who does it.
It will then look like an 05-07
