Would something Like this work? I have a 10-30 outlet for my dryer (that I also used to charge my Tesla). Been looking for a solution to plug my XC90 into that outlet and your post answered my question

Yes, it's a 20 amp 6-20 adapter. -
The other option is get this Level 2 Charger for your NEMA 10-30 outlet and keep the XC90's charger in the car for using on-the-go.
