      Hey Tony,

We have the Liqui-Moly 0W-20 oil here at FCP Euro which is Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE compatible.

You can view the oil on our site HERE.

Additionally, I just went ahead and made an oil change kit for these cars which comes with oil, filter, and a drain plug gasket.
You can find that on our site HERE.

I hope that helps and thank you!

This has been noted before. I've got to believe that when Volvo says "extreme driving conditions", they meam extremely COLD driving conditions (they're in Sweden, after all).

I would never use oil like that if trailer-towing or in hot weather, which is what most people think of when they think "extreme".
There have been a thread or two on here about the Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE spec oil. One thread I saw claimed that Volvo worked with Castrol to develop the Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE spec oil and they specifically designed the B4204T11 (2.0T Drive E) engine to use that oil. However, the Castrol sold in the US is not the same as the Castrol that meets that spec. Our Castrol Synthetic is "Castrol Edge E" and it is in a black bottle (https://msdspds.castrol.com/bpglis/FusionPDS.nsf/Files/3EFF53B364021B00802582640063A3A7/$File/BPXE-AXKVDQ.pdf). The oil that meets that spec is "Castrol Edge V"and it is in a gold bottle (https://msdspds.castrol.com/bpglis/FusionPDS.nsf/Files/75C370597B3A1C1D80258338003D5DCD/$File/BPXE-B67736.pdf). The gold bottle may also say "Castrol Edge Professional." According to some posts, the thought was that Volvo found the next best thing that was readily available in the US that came close to meeting that spec and that is a synthetic 5W-30 meeting ACEA A5/B5 requirements. I don't know how true it is, but both are listed in the manual and the stuff on the shelf here that meets the A5/B5 spec is probably good enough.

But since I'm shelling out for an oil change kit from FCP Euro, I figured I'd go ahead and get what they have that meets Volvo VCC RBS0-2AE. The likelihood that a 0W-20 meeting that spec would hurt your engine has to be as low as the likelihood that a 5W-30 meeting ACEA A5/B5 would hurt your engine.
