So I got black emblems for my car through ViVA. Installed them today. The V O L V O one came out great. The V60 one is not right. Seems the emblem isn't " deep" enough and the tape shows. Are there any other places that sell this emblem where the tape is hidden when installed? If so please post a link as I am not sure I can live with it as it is

Huh, I haven't installed mine yet (from ViVA), but it seems mine is thinner and dark grey:

Which seems to match what is on the car from factory:

ViVA says they just paint OEM ones, so I don't know why it'd had different foam tape.

Well the emailing suddenly stopped yesterday with ViVA. Connor's last email stated that all of the V60 emblems that they have in stock are the same way. He never said that they wouldn't make it right or that I should pound sand. But I never got a response to my last email pretty much stating that the wrong tape was applied to the emblems and it is too thick. I also said that the install seems quite DIYish. As in if I myself installed the wrong tape and put them on. It in no way looks like a professional product installation. Which it should. So I guess I am on my own here.

So back to anyone who installed black V60 emblem on their car, that was not purchased from ViVA, that can provide a link? There is no way that this emblem will stay on my car. It is all I see whenever I look at this gorgeous machine.

Haven't seen one debadged yet so I cannot comment on that. But the car isn't mine, it belongs to the leasing company, so debadging is out of the question unless I want to rebadge it if I decide to turn it back in

These cars look pretty slick de-badged IMO, but I mostly kept mine due to the Polestar emblem.
I was going to debadge mine...until I saw my twin. And it was debadged. I didn't like it at all. Changed my mind right there. I WANT people to know it's a T6 S60. 8) hahaha

I did a partial de-badge on the rear of mine. I toyed with losing the VOLVO lettering and either leaving it blank or replacing it with the HEICO lettering but haven’t done so yet.

I must get round to fitting the Heico diffuser soon too - especially seeing as how most folks who did the 2024–>2022 rear conversion gave up on getting their foot sensor tailgate working. I’ve avoided fitting the diffuser because it’ll make troubleshooting the foot sensor that much harder. I might just bite the bullet and fit it.
