HELP!!! V60/S60 vs. V60 Cross Country Grille

Hi all,
I am trying to sort this out quickly. I have a 2021 V60 Cross Country. I have an opportunity through some insurance repairs to replace my grille. I have the vertical slats grill with silver buttons. I want to get the black, more horizontal looking grill that is available for the V60/S60. My question: Do the V60 and V60 Cross Country have the same size grille? Will the grille fit?

I will re-wrap my new grill black, but I want the sportier looking grille if possible.

What I have (2021 V60 CC)

What I want:
(2021 V60 R Design - not Cross Country)

Anyone know if the grilles between these models are the same fit? They look "similar" but it also looks like the regular V60 grille is slightly taller/larger.

Yes. Drive up and down a mountain daily during the winter to ski and went about 3,800 miles back and forth across half the country this summer in the heat without any issues.

How would you know if you have issues? Not cooling the air is just rubbing you of boost.

Regardless, I believe the grills are all the same but hit up ViVA performance to make sure. You can also source all the right parts from them. I got my black out grill from them. Still have the original V60 PE grill if taking measurements would help. I believe it’s identical to the r design grill you pictured

I am going to call them Monday. I think the Internet consensus is... "we think it should fit.."
If I can get one and return it if not, fine. I just don't want to be stuck. If I end up getting the same grille, I'll black out the dots.

And yeah, to your point, I don't know. But I'm not as concerned about boost or speed as lighting up deer and moose and not having to sacrifice the styling of a sexy car. Everything is a tradeoff and personal preference, right?

It’s been a couple of months, wondering if you were able to figure it out. I’m interested in eventually changing out the grille on my ‘20 V60 CC. I also have the vertical slits with the dots and not a huge fan of it

Yes. I purchased a grille for a regular S60 with the horizontal slats and it fit perfectly.

And here is a pic. TBH, I'm indifferent about it. Since this was insurance, I still have the old (vertical) grille. Undetermined if I am going to sell that or keep it and swap it every 6 months when I get bored and am in need of a new look. 😂😂😂

But - thank you very much. It gets compliments at the grocery store. Amazing how many people ask if the topo hood is factory.

Thanks for this information about the grill. Just got a 2022 cross country and was thinking of the exact same grill swap. Glad to see the results! By chance are you able to share any info about your wheel and tire set up? I'd love to get something proper fitting for my CC as well but information is so sparse and inconsistent for the V60CCs online I find.
