I would say, but I do always caution for the lingo folks use. For example... I'm saying MSRP, but you would still get any eligible rebates you might qualify for. And some states let you take the destination off the sale price... so if it's $1095 under MSRP and then they tack on the $1095 destination charge back on.... or places add crazy high document fees beyond the actual cost, or even other fees and addendums tacked on... I do suspect the bigger cities might have a better chance at a discount, but from my experience, there is a bigger chance of funny business too. Not to mention marking up the rates, low balling trades, making the warranties higher... lots of ways to make money while giving the cars away for less than I sell mine for.
