Hello...selling my 2006 V70R GT, Sonic Blue/Nordkap, with 91,700 miles. I bought it from the original owner in Oakland Park, FL in 04/2016, had 83,000 miles at the time. It has always been a Florida car. The first owner was very particular and had it consistently maintained /serviced at the dealership and an independent Volvo shop. Since my ownership, the car has not had any problems, I've been very attentive to it with preventative maintenance and some modifications in anticipation of a Hilton stage 2 tune, which I have not done. The car has never been abused or driven overly aggressive by me. However, there have been 2 minor "fender benders." One in 2011 (first owner) right front area damaged, air bag did not deploy. And the other in 2016, I backed into a stump and cracked the bottom of the bumper cover and some damage to the internal bumper assembly components.

Anyhow, I have all the service records and insurance/repair details of the first accident from the original owner, and of course, a log of my maintenance.

Adam is not only a solid buyer, but a solid seller, and an overall nice guy (his age is commensurate with his wisdom and responsibility), so that’s a vote of confidence from me. This is undoubtedly a well documented and maintained car.
I bet if you see it in person you’re going to buy. Sonic is a great color in person.

Ah, memories.
Almost exactly line my old Sonic except for seven HUGE differences.
Mine was a 6 speed manual and those damn Euro rails.

GLWTS, nice R!

LOL, I think this is what's known as a "backhanded compliment" :p
But it's a good one, coming from Jim. (pssst: I think he actually really likes your car ;) ).

I'm assuming the second tic on CARFAX is the bumper incident? Did you file a police report, or run it through your insurance? If it was just you vs. a stump, it mighta been better to just take care of it yourself. I've done that the past, I hate having a Carfax ding for something like that.
I always love me a good Sonic/Nordkap, and yours is a nice one. The price might be a tad optimistic, but I hope you get it!
GLWS.

Pretty sure I saw this car for sale on Autotrader in FLL about the time you bought. I gave it some serious thought. Can't take on another car right now but GLWS, it's a beauT!

Yes, the second Carfax tic was the bumper incident....me versus stump. I know, should have kept insurance out of it, no police, but I was green at the time, oh well, live and learn.

Ahhh... this is my unicorn. I seriously need to stop looking in the classifieds when I don't have the monies. I've owned two R's and would love to have this... for goodness sakes I'm even in Florida. Man. (don't listen to the manual obsessed crowd... GT, you are beautiful just the way you are). Good luck with sale.

Isn't someone going to pick this up for a Christmas present? Hard to believe it is still for sale. Bump for a great seller and a sweet car.

Sad but happy. Is it like boat ownership?
