Hi Guys,

I need a Brand New Side-view Mirror assembly passenger side. Wasn't paying attention, clipped it entering my garage. Have a Big Hole in the Housing and broken glass.

Seems like part alone is $460 from a local dealer. Anyone know a place i can get it cheaper, or does that sound about right?

thanks

I think I can help you out...
Send me an email to parts@vptuning.com http://********************/smile/ememail.gif

Once again it is George @ VPT to the rescue! http://********************/smile/emthup.gif
<he'll need a BMC filter too...>

Nice support!

I personally like them. I'd have to see how they work with the bright silver Pegasus, etc.

These are Euro parts - not something I have in stock, but have easy access to them. I will have to check about satin, but I don't think they exist.

George,

Speaking of mirrors, can you get the rain shedding ourside mirrors in the aspheric shape (European standard)?

Thanks

I've already got a driver's side aspheric (non rain shedding). Won't be paying the ~$70 to replace just for that but I would be interested in a passenger side with no idiot text if a GB is in the works.

Ditto, but I might be willing to pay for a rain shedding mirror for the left too.

They really work well. http://********************/smile/emthup.gif

I've got the eurospec mirror. Found that it didn't work too well as the mirror housing still blocks the side view no matter how far outward the mirrors are deployed. I like to use my side mirrors to cover the blind spot instead of uselessy duplicating the view out the center rear-view mirror. Unfortunately this is not possible with the P2 R's.
