Sure is...you can get a touch up kit (spray can of silver and spray can of clearcoat) specific to the Siuver Pegs from your Volvo parts department. Part number is:

As far as the chromium issue, Volvo no longer uses or permits the use of chromium in its paint according to Yannis in a prior post recently. In any event, there is a matching paint kit available.
