I have attempted to remove the Turbo Outlet Pipe" It seems pretty well set in there especially at the front of the car. I loosened the clamp at the front of the car, pulled on the Turbo Outlet Pipe upward, and it would not move. I really did not want to take it all out, I was thinking to myself, if it is this hard to take out, I can only imagine how hard it is going to get back in. All I wanted to do is change my spark plugs to NGK Iridiums. Is there some sore of trick, I need to know about?? I know the clamp in the rear takes a Torx head, a T-30. Can Volvo engineers make this car a little more harder to work on???

P.S. I have a 2004 S60 R

The tube isn't hard at all to take off.
First remove the two bolts that go to the hold down mounts. Then start at the back and loosen the torx screw, then the clamp can be opened. Wiggle it a bit and it will pull out of the turbo.
The front just needs to have the hose clamp real loose. Then hold the rubber with one hand while twisting and pulling on the aluminum tube.
