New R!!! Stoked!!!

Well as most of you probably saw my 04 was totalled about a month ago. I fought with insurance and got 9k for it. Now the time has come and I bought another. This time it's a 6spd!

All stock other than a K&N filter and ard tuning turbo control valve. Also has nav and factory volvo iPod integration kit. Has led side markers, puddle lights, and license plate lights.

Mods will first be to put my ipd gauge in.
Then very so after the ipd catback.

These are just the pictures from his add. I went and checked it out last night made an offer and age him a down payment. When my insurance money gets deposited this week I'm headed back up to him. And will take more pics and shoe you guys my mods.

Is that a bubble on the tire? In 2 of the pictures, it looks like that area is casting a shadow onto the wheel. Check it out and make sure it's not a bubble

There is a chip in the wheel there... Told me about it before I even pointed it out. Already looked at it. Just going to fill it and hopefully find a color that mathes the wheel to repaint the spot. Other than that the car is flawless!

Just dip the wheels black, that flaw will disappear unless you're staring at it from about 1 foot away.

I was planning on dipping them for winter anyway! But I am very picky. So is it possible that I have a paint place match the color of the wheel? So that I can paint the little spot I use metal filler on.

Got big plans! Well at least they are big for me.. I am going to order the ipd oval tube catback as soon as I get home from picking up the car. Then soon after I will grab the ipd r kelly intake and the obx dp. Then after all that is done and I save for a while I want to go with ipd's soft loader and tune. Do you guys think this is a good plan? Anything I should do different?

Get a tune from ARD or Shark Performance instead unless you absolutely must have the softloader.

^^^^ I disagree about ARD... Don't waste your money on ARD get a Dyno tune or go with IPD

NO! He's set up for the win! Yes, Chrome looks horrible but someone else on the forum took the chromes, sanded them and made them into brushed aluminum. That is by far the best looking!
