Sonoma, California. (August 16, 2015) – K-PAX Performance Cars launches a brand new website with a commerce function that allows customers to purchase certain parts and components directly from the website.
The new site not only contains a page for shopping parts and merchandise, but there is also functionality for finding the closest retailer, viewing the complete catalog, careers, FAQs, and some pictures of all the interesting K-PAX Racing machinery over the years.
“This is something that a lot of customers have been asking about for a while now. We had been hesitant about introducing the commerce functionality because we wanted to provide an exceptional experience, and up until recently, we did not have all the human resources and processes in place to manage a direct-to-consumer business” comments K-PAX Performance Cars President, Peter Nielsen.
The shop will feature a select number of the most popular products including performance exhausts, suspension packages and brake upgrades. All products will ship via FedEx ground within the contiguous United States and Canada. Customers outside of these countries are asked to use the contact form in order to obtain a shipping quote.
Products not featured on the website can be purchased from any Authorized K-PAX Racing Volvo Retailer. Special edition vehicles such as the amazing S60 GT6 and V60 GT6 must still be ordered from an Authorized Retailer as well.
Jim Haughey, Co-Founder of K-PAX Performance Cars, continues, “the introduction of this commerce site does not mean we are shifting focus away from our authorized retailers. When a customer purchases a product from the website they can ship that product directly to an authorized dealer to have it installed. By having our product installed at the retailer, it means that their car and that part will be covered by our factory-matching warranty”.
Despite now racing McLaren GT3 race cars in the Pirelli World Challenge, K-PAX Performance remains dedicated to the Volvo brand. Over the course of the next few months a number of interesting new product introductions will be made for a variety of Volvo models.
