Has anyone tried it? I've seen the factory diagram, but there are no directions in my TWM kit for replacing the shift bushings. I'm putting my shift kit in as soon as Sears opens and I can buy a T25. I got the bushing kit too and have no idea how to install them.

I swapped my bushings for aluminum plugs. It wasn't too bad, remove the trim panels, space ball, etc, then one at a time, remove the bolts and the rubber bushing. I found it hard to keep the plugs in place, so I used a little double sided tape to hold them in position. Once in place, loosely thread the bolt in to keep it in position, then move to the next one. Once all 4 are done, tighten.

It wasn't a terribly hard project, there isn't much room to move around in, but in the end I'm not sure it made any discernible difference. Was easy enough though.

The Grinch: [shouts] Hello?
Echo: Hello.
The Grinch: How are you?
Echo: How are you?
The Grinch: I asked you first.
Echo: I asked you first.
The Grinch: Oh right, that's REALLY mature, saying exactly what I say.
Echo: ...Saying exactly what I say.
The Grinch: I'm an idiot!
Echo: You're an idiot!
The Grinch: [whispering] Alright fine! I'm not talking to you anymore! In fact, I'm going to whisper! So that by the time my voice reverbarates off the walls, and gets back to me, I won't be able to hear it.
