Our Find of the Day is a LS1/6-Speed Swapped 1997 Volvo V90 Wagon. While not one of the Newman conversions, this is sure to be a blast to drive.
From the guys over at bringatriler.com, here’s a little info on the V90:
This 1997 Volvo V90 wagon was converted to GM LS1 power by its previous owner, a Volvo technician. The car’s 350 HP V8 and matching 6-speed manual were pulled from a brand new Pontiac GTO that was stolen off the dealer’s lot and wrecked. Described as fast, effortless, reliable and comfortable, the drivetrain has less than 20k miles from new and is in strong running condition. We love that the exterior remains mostly stock, unlike most V8 swapped Volvos which also feature tasteless mods. This one does not currently pass smog in California, though the seller is including an exhaust system that he says will help it get a BAR compliance sticker.
