We recently had an opportunity to sit down and listen to Lennart Stegland, Volvo's director of Special Vehicles, talk about Volvo's electrified future. The most imminent of those battery-fueled products is of course the C30 electric car, which made its debut with fresh new bodywork at the Detroit show earlier this month. Volvo's own Dan Johnston, who operates a blog at www.thecarthatstopsitself.com/, was able to grab Lennart and sit him down in the car for a very nice interview at the Detroit show. He discusses the technology, the packaging, and most notably, the importance of maintaining Volvo's reputation for top-notch safety. There are two parts to the video, both are embedded below. Thanks, Dan!
