Vizualtech Releases Interior Renderings of Modern P1800

A few weeks back we reported on Koenigsegg engineer Matthias Vocks and his Vizualtech project of rethinking the classic P1800 in modern terms. He reshaped the outside ever so slightly and envisioned a more modern platform and, predictably, better performance in every aspect. For those of you who missed that story, here is a link to it, featuring photos of the car's outer appearance from various angles.

Now for the news part of this news story. Thanks to Vizualtech's official company blog, we've obtained four renderings (one above, three below) of what the car, which will supposedly be built in very small numbers, will look like on the inside. And of course, the thing is just beautiful. It uses mostly classic elements, such as the dash-mounted rear view mirror, the simple steering wheel, a minimalist overall feeling, and traditional-looking gauges. But there are modern elements, like the seat shapes, loads of carbon fiber, and a radio that looks classic but surely sounds quite nice. Look for yourself below.
