Ipd's new performance ignition coil restores lost power from old factory ignition coils and provides increased performance for highly tuned setups like our stage III kit. Includes MSD coil, Ipd blue 8mm silicone coil wire, mounting bracket, fasteners and instructions to provide a clean, simple installation. Our kit mounts the coil on rubber mounts to isolate the coil from engine vibration and it's also designed to work with the Ipd short ram intake which insulates the coil from high engine temps by locating it within the area where cool air enters the intake. Capable of producing a 48,000 volt spark with only 300 ma draw so you won't have to worry about this coil stressing the igniter. A great alternative to factory replacement coils costing over $150.00 Ipd performance coil Fits 850 and 70 series models from 1993-1998. Usually installed with common hand tools in approx 30 minutes.
