Ford 500 / Freestyle Price Released

Ford revealed the price for the new vehicles Ford Freestyle and Ford 500. Both vehicles are available with an optional Haldex Limited Slip Coupling and both use variations of the Volvo P2 chassis or component set.
Prices for the 2005 Ford Five Hundred, a new mid-sized sedan equipped with AWD starts at $24,495 according to Ford Motor Company.
The 2005 Mercury Montego, a sister to the Five Hundred, begins at $26,695 for an awd model.
Ford began production of the Five Hundred and Montego last month at its Chicago assembly plant. The vehicles will go on sale by early September, along with the 2005 Ford Freestyle sport wagon, also assembled in Chicago.
The three-row Freestyle will start at $27,295 for the all wheel drive version.
Ford plans to build about 280,000 units at the Chicago plant.
